Indeed it does. That's why I didn't forward RC builds, but seems like there is nothing to do on PA side. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1729806 and https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-77037
Unfortunately there seems to be no activity on WebEngine part as well. Fedora people solved that by bundling old headers to the webengine.
