plasma5-pa.spec, the comment " # boo#1092871" is duplicated now. But I don't expect a new SR just for that.

Looks fine from my side otherwise, except maybe some upstream .changes entries again...

Just noticed that libksysguard is unresolvable for Leap 15.0/15.1 because it's missing "pkgconfig(pcap)" though. Would need to be changed libpcap-devel there, which doesn't provide "pkgconfig(pcap)" yet...

Although, this could also be done afterwards.

Nope, that's only for setcap so that it sets cap_net_raw itself during install, which won't work for us. Instead I opened boo#1151190
