A couple packages use the old style license (can be fixed later): breeze-gtk, grub2-theme-breeze, kactivitymanagerd
plasma5-pa, remove BUG / FIXED-IN in the change entry (and blame ngraham for not letting an empty line) plasma5-workspace, maybe rework or remove "It depends against 5.62 now"

I try to keep the changelog as-is and not mess with it, otherwise there's a slippery-slope to just rewrite all changelogs in the future...
