Please use versioned Obsoletes (Obsoletes: prewikka-core < %{version}-%{release}) - otherwise your package will obsolete ALL prewikka-core packages (even if re-introduced later) forever.
To allow a smothless update, I would also recommend to add a provide (Provides: prewikka-core = %{version}-%{release}).
