Please document in changes file that you split out new subpackages. Requiring %{version}-%{release} isn't necessary but creates more rebuilds, %{version} is enough. Use %make_install instead of custom make line. You could remove authors from description, it's not done anymore. Otherwise, the changes are good, it's just about documenting them. Extra points of awesomeness if you split out *.a (static lib) files into a devel-static package or let the devel package provide it.
