* General portability fixes for musl, uClibc, macOS and
GNU/kFreeBSD.
* New architectures support for nlist().
* Switch the *c() functions to be standalone and add
err(), warn(), errx() and warnx() familiy of functions in case
the system lacks them.
* Several man page fixes.
