Great find, great fix, and I suspect might explain some of the intermittent failures we've seen building kubernetes on other arches :)
only reason I'm not merging this right away is to consider whether the constraint should be global and to potentially avoid a reset of a big chunky staging..evaluating whether that's a good idea first :)
