First thank you. But i see you have remove hash generation. In older version this was needed. Do you have install this version for yourself and do you have test it? Is all "green" under ->Administration->"Systemprüfung"?
Most of the files in question do not exist any longer. I just did an upgrade from an old look version (for opensuse.org), not a fresh installation. Will do this tomorrow on a new system and report back.
OK: checked on a clean installation and confirmed that you are right: the hash generation is still needed.
I also updated the README.SUSE file now with some information about needed apache modules. => this might go into %post as well ( <if no update, enable modules...> ). But this is something for later ;-)
