There are already 216 packages in this project that have this setting. This makes me think that it might be good to add it to %_mingw32|64_configure by default and remove it from the individual packages e.g. as in ./mingw32-Clp/mingw32-Clp.spec

But this means that 216 packages would have to be updated locally, e.g. by a bash script, which makes the adjustments with sed -i and submits the appropriate package. Of the 216 packages there might be some that don't build anymore due to hidden problems, which would have to be fixed afterwards.
