This update to telegraf-1.12.6 is in response to SLES customer request for updated version in boo#1159288 [1]. No specific upstream issue number was cited or identified, but customer reports problem with versions earlier than telegraf-1.12.6: sending host information is not retained in collected metrics when using https transport unless hostname is set explicitly in telegraf.conf.

telegraf-1.13.0 update to follow after telegraf-1.12.6 is accepted.
