This has sadly nothing to do with the current submission, but your package registers a new group: sanlock. This is not allowed for Factory.
Please revisit the rpmlint output on how to fix this.
I recommend to have a look at the other rpmlint warnings as well : this would improve the quality of your package.

I've fixed many of the rpmlint warnings. Also sent SR#768836 to add sanlock and libvirt to the standard groups. Also sent a patch to upstream libvirt to fix a 'script-without-shebang' warning

I'll include that patch later once ACKed upstream. In the meantime I'll be making another submission with the current improvments.
