Update to ocaml 3.12.1. Remove ocaml-3.12-fix-size-directive.patch.
Mass reorganization and modification of spec file, including:
- Use the internal dep generator for non-factory versions of SUSE, provides the same effects as using ocaml.attr in RPM 4.9.
- Separate BuildRequires into many lines
- Update licenses (GPL is only for caml-mode), QPL for many parts, LGPLv2 with static linking exception for the rest
- Separate the x11-dependent parts from the core of the package (Graphics module)
- Rename camlp4 to ocaml-camlp4, labltk to ocaml-labltk
- Add development packages for ocaml-labltk, ocaml-camlp4
- Addition of compiler libraries (and -devel) package
- Use flat "make world" and "make world.opt" for building on architectures that do not and do support the native code compiler respectively
- Enable some more optimizations for building ocaml itself.
