Are you aware how to exclude this for legal? The file is not needed for building and/or running the package, thus it could be excluded. The problem is that we cannot remove it from the upstream because it is valuable for the TravisCI Pipeline.
you can use the exclude statement for the obs_scm service:

35+Requires: logrotate
So, onedrive does not run without logrotate? :)
@dimstar: What do you mean? Yes it does and as far as I see we added the logrotate config in the specfile.
What I mean is: requires is not true. this app works perfectly fine without logrotate too - so 'Requires' is inaccurate (Recommends at best)
