Some version(s) of Okular has been shown to be insecure with digitally signed documents - you may already be aware of "shadow attacks." I don't know if the Okular authors have fixed this important bug yet. https://www.ndss-symposium.org/wp-content/uploads/ndss2021_1B-4_24117_paper.pdf
