I would like to add gengetopt to Factory.
It's a command line parser code generator. Similar use cases like the well known
popt but much more powerful and without adding run or compile time dependencies
to your project.
It's GNU software and stable since many years. Fedora, Debian and CentOS have
it on board since long time.
