Don't accept. This will break a lot of stuff until at least pylint and flake8-isort kann handle the new API
We can wait for https://github.com/gforcada/flake8-isort/issues/88 and https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint/pull/3725 to be review by the projects to apply the patches to our packages
pylint is also in openSUSE:Factory:Staging:E btw (and fails because of the isort changes)
The discussion in [1] is still valid.
The patch for pyflakes [2] is not merged upstream yet, but it is already applied in Tumbleweed [3].
python-flake8-isort still fails [4]. My PR [5] fixes it [6], but the code change is so big, it basically replaces the whole package. openSUSE should not ship it until it is reviewed and merged upstream.

okay, no packages broken by staging because python-flake8-isort is not inherited. Then at least supersede by the new isort 5.2.0.

test flavor pulls in all of dephell - down to a currently failing package
What exactly is failing? dephell is pulled in by poetry and poetry-1.0.9-3 is in Factory and Tumbleweed Main Repository. (But I don't see it as changed package in your "snapshot mails" ?).
@jayvdb, any ideas?
I'm not sure what needs investigation. I dont have much experience with factory yet.
However I notice that ppc, zsystems, etc are missing dependencies that are compatible with py38, and tracing them back I find https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-pylint isnt building because of pytest-benchmark, fixed at https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/824551 , and pytest-xdist .
Unignored: returned to active backlog.
