Found new license Apache-2.0 (risk 3) not present in old report
Apache-2.0 licensed files are:
htmldoc-1.9.9/htmldoc/mmd.[ch]
Apache-2.0 is not compatible to GPL-2.0/LGPl-.2.1 (but is compatible to GPL-3.0 / LGPL-3.0) - this is somethign upstream might want to have a look at.
Other than that, to me, it seems the project rather claims GPL license, not LGPL as specified in the .spec file
(IANAL - this is my review, not one of the legal team)
license
Unignored: returned to active backlog.
