LGTM
I just noticed a small problem:
The kcolorschemeeditor was moved to plasma5-workspace, but the icon is still in plasma5-desktop.
The lines in plasma5-desktop.spec that copy the icon from breeze to hicolor should probably be moved too...
I'll include that in my next batch, especially plasma5-desktop needs cleanup anyway (dropped deps).
