* Switch BuildRequires: python-sip to python-sip4 and add BuildRequires: python-sip4-devel to fix unresolvable build status for openSUSE < 1550.
* Add python-astropy as BuildRequires (for fits tests) and as Recommends for python-veusz.
* Add rpmlintrc file to suppress a warning of the EOL encodings in a file which should not be fixed.

Could you please mention the rpmlintrc file in the changelog (by its full name)? Otherwise the obs bots would bite me. And why was it necessary to drop %doc under %files -n veusz?

Thanks for the review.

  1. Yes, I shall supersede this with an sr that mentions the rpmlintrc file by its full filename.
  2. veusz already requires python3-veusz which has the same AUTHORS file anyway; so why duplicate it? Besides, we don't do the same with the README and other documentation files (except for the license).
