Just a though: could we change that to 'llvm-devel' for openSUSE Tumbleweed (and thus, future SLE releases); that would imply the 'distro default llvm version', where we usually bump up when a new stable comes out

To confirm, the result is as expected:
i.e. still using LLVM11 on Tumbleweed
erm.. actually I'm stupid - it already WAS llvm-devel (not llvm11-devel); just with a version constraint. Which of course was perfect. But no real difference nowadays, as the system llvm is already more recent.
