Damn OBS merging

From the plasma5-workspace build log:
-- The following OPTIONAL packages have not been found:
[ 140s]
[ 140s] * Breeze (required version >= 5.20.4)
[ 140s] For setting the default window decoration plugin
[ 140s]

Maybe we should add a BuildRequires? No idea if it matters though.

The Breeze dependency might get removed again anyway, as it apparently didn't fix https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429298 :
