* 2 new options "--auto-pause/-p" and "--auto-stop/-s"

* New program called "mpvpaper-holder" to facilitate "stopping" mpvpaper

* mpv terminal mode is enabled by default for better controls
set "terminal=no" mpv option if you don't want that
