Please let me know where the parallel modules should be installed and if I have done it right. I am not sure of that.

%__python3 setup.py install -O1 --skip-build --force --root %{buildroot} --prefix %{my_prefix}

What’s the difference from %python_install?

The custom --prefix %{my_prefix} which is different from /usr for the openmpi flavours.
