Since we want to make the package replace the system runtime we need accompanied prjconf changes adding
The following shlibs have the latest version built from GCC 10 sources
%product_libs_gcc_ver_libgphobos1 10 %product_libs_gcc_ver_libgdruntime1 10 %product_libs_gcc_ver_libgo16 10
and adjusting %product_libs_gcc_ver to 11 (but not yet altering %gcc_version)
Which likely demands a non-adi staging.
I think now would be a good time to actually use SPDX and fix the license to say GPL-3.0 WITH GCC-exception-3.1
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1132204
and osc service localrun format_spec_file reports still
Unknown license 'GPL-3.0 WITH GCC-exception-3.1'
and IIRC SLE bots rejected my last attempt to ignore that and use SPDX anyway (on Toolchain module submissions to SLE 15 or SLE 12, don't remember), so I've gone back to the good-old-proven one.
So NACK.
FIX THE DAMN LICENSE CHECKER FIRST.
