Ok, I'll change the mentioned .changes entry after accepting...
plasma5-desktop.changes:
+ * [Kickoff] Remove redundant hover filter Unnecessary with the timers + breaks stylus support for some reason (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428914#c13)
Should probably be truncated to "[Kickoff] Remove redundant hover filter" as in the upstream changelog.
Looks fine otherwise.
Btw, not related to this update, but the user feedback stuff is disabled since 5.21 beta. E.g. plasma5-workspace.spec:
# Disabled until upstream complies with the KDE policies
#BuildRequires: cmake(KUserFeedback)
Is that intentional? I thought the policy "problems" were addressed meanwhile...
They're not. The policy asks for a review by two reviewers on kde-core-devel or kde-community@ [1]
According to upstream policies:
dolphin wasn't reviewed (https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=160400441028923&w=2)
kate wasn't reviewed (https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=158014382429040&w=2)
labplot wasn't reviewed (https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=160508145402244&w=2)
pim applications and ruqola weren't reviewed (https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=160517035728431&w=2)
plasma wasn't reviewed (https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=160493956430327&w=2)

and the only person reviewing plasma found incorrect data (https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=160497849908000&w=2)
Ok, thanks for clarifying. I wasn't sure because you revoked the corresponding SR's back then and there's no mention in the changelogs either.
They were left opened for weeks without anyone reviewing them.
