yay - that's obviously not the default setup; stuff being submitted is meant to be built - otherwise it should not be submitted :)

I could offer something like this:

We define ocaml_skip_testsuites 1 in oS:F prjconf, then the .spec file could do in the -testsuite flavor case:

%if 0%{?ocaml_skip_testsuites)
ExclusiveArch: do-not-build
%endif

in the devel prj, you could then redefined skip_ocaml_testsuites to 0

Sounds like a viable option?

I think there is no way to opt-out of _multibuild, except with a sophisticated conditional.

I will adjust the packages such that -testsuite is only considered in the devl prj. They typically find no bugs, expect in the testsuite itself.
