Changing "Libsysfs'" to "Libsysfs's" is incorrect. Not sure why you chose to change that. The rest looks good.
I learnt it that way in English classes many years ago. The details on Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_possessive apparently say both is permissible. I do not know anyone who would not do
s'sin English. It's great for consistency if you can just always'ssuffix something and not be wrong. This is quite unlike German, which forbidss-s(andx-s) at all times...
