Please review carefully. The proposed change allows me to control ThinkPad Carbon X1 4th Gen battery without installation of acpi_call from third party repos. But I am not sure whether it works for others as well.
- Recommend bbswitch for ThinkPad battery charge control instead of
acpi-call or tp-smapi not present in the distribution.

As the original maintainer does not react, I'm taking over here.
Without further testing, it's hard to decide if your change will affect users with other HW. So let's accept the change for the devel-Project for now - and finally decide once there is either no re-action or some bug reports...
Maybe recommend both?
