btw, where does the tarball come from? There should ideally be either a http-ish url in the Source: line or a _service file in the package.
Tarball is from github download page: https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-wayland/releases/ I can add this as comment to specfile. _service files do not work for me. I spent already hours today with that crap. No way!
