What makes you think that? And above all, how does this manifest itself and how can I verify/test it?
It runs under Leap 15.3 and under Tumbleweed.
What makes you think that?
A lengthy discussion on the factory mailinglist does.
It runs under Leap 15.3 and under Tumbleweed.
Have you tried running it after you made sure your system did not have python3-qtwebengine-qt5 (or python38-qtwebengine-qt5 on TW) installed?
Please never ever submit a python package without running at least some tests.
%check export PYTHONPATH=%{buildroot}%{python3_sitelib} python3 src/tests/query_tests.py -platform minimal
My God, this is slowly annoying. Since you want to help a few people and can no longer finish because of uninteresting and already done for several versions handling. I am not a dau. The package runs under Leap and Tumbleweed. I usually at least test my packages to see if they start. In Leap I have also created a movie. Under Tumbleweed there are only error messages with urllib3 which has nothing to do with openshot. If not approved, that just reject it. I have no time and no desire to have to justify myself for my help to others.
You re right with Tumbleweed and python38-qtwebengine-qt5. Under Leap it runs without python-qtwebengine but not under Tumbleweed. Will fix this an will make a new request.
Under Leap it presumably falls back to qtwebkit still present in the the old python3-qt5.
