Hmm, so when a *.spec file is present, it's automatically enabled and built even if it's not for the target repo? fcitx5-devel is present only on OBS M17N repo, so far, and that's why it was split to another spec file.

More precisely, fcitx5-devel is required only in mozc-fcitx5.spec. But there is also mozc.spec, and it doesn't require fcitx5 stuff at all (with %if %{with_fcitx5} conditional).

If mozc-fcitx5.spec is processed on TW, I'll move it to a linked package in OBS M17N.

If a package has 2 spec files, both will be triggered for build
