The "Fixes #xxxx"/"Related to #xxxx" look a bit out of place IMHO, maybe it would be better to remove them?
The first one could probably also be shortened to just "keyframe import fixes" I think.

LGTM otherwise.

Btw, cantor might get a respin, at least Antonio Rojas asked for it on the release-team mailinglist.
