- add %fdupes for duplicate file checking

- 0.15 -> 1.0: http://wiki.qemu.org/ChangeLog/1.0
- the binary "qemu" is now called qemu-system-i386
- only ignore specific timer_create syscall, no all of them
- don't print out unsupported syscalls but rather silently ignore
them - some programs catch stderr and get confused
- add a number of patches to fake /proc entries (from Alex)
