The problem of Leap 15.4 must be irrelevant from your changes. The repo setup doesn't look correct, in anyway.
Oh I missed to see that it still fails for 15.4 [ 39s] checking for udev version... /sbin/udevadm: symbol lookup error: /sbin/udevadm: undefined symbol: efi_loader_get_device_part_uuid, version SD_SHARED
not sure how to handle that, at the moment I can't spend time on it anyway, so I hope you have some more insight... thanks
