Can this be declined, we saw a problem with ppc 32 bit build and are testing a fix for the build ?
You can add a review on yourself and decline it
I don't see an option to do that, only have an 'add comment' button, no revoke, accept decline etc.

There's now a new 4.13.0 gm release which we'd like to submit for Factory. Plan is to close this request and resubmit. Sorry for the churn.

Sorry, I didn't realize about this "Provides" when I reverted my local samba.spec changes. I will need to test again the upgrade from older versions (bsc#1192684) after removing it, I will supersede this request.
Build fails due to:
samba-winbind-libs.i586: E: pam-file-unauthorized (Badness: 10000) /usr/lib/security/pam_winbind.so
The shared library has been moved from samba-winbind to samba-winbind-libs, probably a whitelist has to be updated.
The sssd package needs https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/945692 after these changes.
That build fail seems a result from samba-client-libs; not yet sure what is going on
