Just a few minor things to fix:
23+Source: mg-%{version}.tar.gz
We require an absolute url, so that the tarball can be verified against the upstream provided one
49+%{_mandir}/man1/mg*
Not wrong per se, but %{_mandir}/man1/mg.1%{?ext_man} is the most commonly used form
