- Add the new mingw32-libangle and mingw32-angle-devel packages to
provide a newer version of the angle library to replace the external
angle project, which relies on online git access to build
- shared ibraries created from the angle library (libEGLQt5 and libGLESv2Qt5) are
provided with a qt5 suffix to avoid conflicts with the same libraries
from the external angle project.
- Add pkgconfig support for finding shared libraries installed from the angle
library
- Add required dependencies to the development package to avoid the need to add
