Involved Projects and Packages
Evaluated data produced using data sets via averaging procedure for neutron energies.
This package provide data files for photon evaporation for use by
GEANT4. Photon evaporation data comes from the Evaluated Nuclear
Structure Data File (ENSDF) which is maintained by the National
Nuclear Data Center, Brookhaven National Laboratory.
This package provides a data set of shell ionisation cross-sections for use by
GEANT4.
This package provide data files for radioactive decay hadronic processes for
use by GEANT4. The radioactive decay data comes from the Evaluated Nuclear
Structure Data File (ENSDF) which is maintained by the National Nuclear Data
Center, Brookhaven National Laboratory.
This package provides a data set of measured optical surface reflectance for
use by GEANT4.
This package provides data files from evaluated cross-sections in SAID
data-base for use with geant4.
This package provides data files for incident particles for the simulation of
nuclear reactions.
GluCat is a library of template classes which model the universal Clifford algebras over the field of real numbers, with arbitrary dimension and arbitrary signature. GluCat implements a model of each Clifford algebra corresponding to each non-degenerate quadratic form up to a maximum number of dimensions.
Gri is a language for scientific graphics programming. It is a
command-driven application, as opposed to a click/point application.
It is analogous to latex, and shares the property that extensive power
is the reward for tolerating a modest learning curve. Gri output is
in industry-standard PostScript, suitable for incorporation in
documents prepared by various text processors.
Gri can make x-y graphs, contour-graphs, and image graphs. In
addition to high-level capabilities, it has enough low-level
capabilities to allow users to achieve a high degree of customization.
Precise control is extended to all aspects of drawing, including
line-widths, colors, and fonts. Text includes a subset of the tex
language, so that it is easy to incorporate Greek letters and
mathematical symbols in labels.
The HDF project involves the development and support of software and
file formats for scientific data management. The HDF software includes
I/O libraries and tools for analyzing, visualizing, and converting
scientific data.
The HepMC package is an object oriented event record written in C++ for High Energy Physics Monte Carlo Generators. Many extensions from HEPEVT, the Fortran HEP standard, are supported: the number of entries is unlimited, spin density matrices can be stored with each vertex, flow patterns (such as color) can be stored and traced, integers representing random number generator states can be stored, and an arbitrary number of event weights can be included. Particles and vertices are kept separate in a graph structure, physically similar to a physics event. The added information supports the modularisation of event generators. The package has been kept as simple as possible with minimal internal/external dependencies. Event information is accessed by means of iterators supplied with the package.

Herwig is a multi-purpose particle physics event generator. It is built based on the experience gained with both the HERWIG 6 and Herwig++ 2 event generators. Continuing the Herwig++ 2 development, Herwig 7.0 (Herwig++ 3.0) replaces any prior HERWIG or Herwig++ versions.
Herwig provides significantly improved and extended physics capabilities when compared to both its predecessors, HERWIG 6 and Herwig++ 2, while keeping the key model motivations such as coherent parton showers (including angular-ordered and dipole-based evolution), the cluster hadronization model, an eikonal multiple-interaction model, highly flexible BSM capabilities and improved perturbative input using next-to-leading order QCD.
Herwig is based on ThePEG.
The LSC Algorithm Library Suite (LALSuite) is comprised of various gravitational wave data analysis routines written in C following the ISO/IEC 9899:1999 standard.
The LSC Algorithm Inference Library for gravitational wave data analysis.
The LSC Algorithm Inference Library for gravitational wave data analysis.
The LSC Algorithm Inspiral Library for gravitational wave data analysis.
The LSC Algorithm MetaIO Library for gravitational wave data analysis.
The LSC Algorithm Pulsar Library for gravitational wave data analysis.
The LSC Algorithm Simulation Library for gravitational wave data analysis.
Data for the LIGO Algorithm Simulation Library for gravitational wave data
analysis. This package contains extra data files needed to run certain
applications that use the LAL Simulation library.
LAPACK++ is a C++ wrapper around LAPACK and LAPACK-like linear algebra libraries.
LDAS (LIGO Data Analysis System) is a collection of libraries and executables
aid in the processing of gravitation wave data sets. %{name} provides the
tools abstraction toolkit for LDAS.
This provides different language bindings for the LDAS tools abstaction library.
