This is an internationalization library for Perl that aims to be compatible with the Uniforum message translations system as implemented for example in GNU gettext.
Developers hate writing documentation. They'd hate it even more if their computer tattled on them, but maybe they'll be even more thankful in the long run. Even if not, perlmodstyle tells you to, so you must obey.
This module provides a mechanism for determining if the pod for a given module is comprehensive.
It expects to find either a =head(n>1) or an =item block documenting a subroutine.
This package is based on the package 'perl-Test-Pod-Coverage' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.
Checks for POD coverage in files for your distribution.
FINAL CUT is a C++ class library and widget toolkit with full mouse support for creating a text-based user interface. The library supports the programmer to develop an application for the text console. It allows the simultaneous handling of multiple text windows on the screen.
The structure of the Qt framework was originally the inspiration for the C++ class design of FINAL CUT. It provides common controls like dialog boxes, push buttons, check boxes, radio buttons, input lines, list boxes, status bars and so on.

All kind of developments tools. Esp. profiling and debugging tools.
A tool to extract code content from source files using the clang and LLVM infrastructure.
program that examines source code and reports possible security weaknesses (``flaws'') sorted by risk level. It's very useful for quickly finding and removing at least some potential security problems before a program is widely released to the public.
peg(1) and leg(1) are tools for generating recursive-descent parsers: programs that perform pattern matching on text. They processes a Parsing Expression Grammar (PEG) to produce a program that recognises legal sentences of that grammar. peg(1) processes PEGs written using the original syntax described by Ford while leg(1) processes PEGs written using slightly different syntax and conventions that are intended to make it an attractive replacement for parsers built with lex(1) and yacc(1). Unlike lex(1) and yacc(1), peg(1) and leg(1) support unlimited backtracking, provide ordered choice as a means for disambiguation, and can combine scanning (lexical analysis) and parsing (syntactic analysis) into a single activity.
This program aspires to be your primary debugging tool, enhancing gdb. It
also provides efficient reverse execution under gdb. Set breakpoints and
data watchpoints and quickly reverse-execute to where they were hit.
scdoc is a simple man page generator written for POSIX systems written in C99.
Sourcetrail is a free and open-source cross-platform source explorer that helps you get productive on unfamiliar source code.
NASM is a prototype general-purpose x86 assembler. It can currently output
several binary formats, including ELF, a.out, Win32, and OS/2.
