dlwrap is a set of header files for development of dynamic library wrappers that allow to wrap dynamic library calls and perform arbitrary action.

The groff package provides compatible versions of troff, nroff, eqn,
tbl, and other Unix text formatting utilities.

Groff is used to "compile" man pages stored in groff or nroff format
for different output devices, for example, displaying to a screen or in
PostScript(tm) format for printing on a PostScript(tm) printer. Most
programs store their man pages in either /usr/share/man/ or
/usr/X11R6/man/.

Utility that finds source of each translatable string in the application. It makes fixing of I18N bugs much easier.

This package is based on the package 'audiofile' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.

This audio file library is an implementation of the SGI audio file
library. At present, not all features of the SGI audio file library are
implemented.

This library allows the processing of audio data to and from audio
files of many common formats (currently AIFF, AIFC, WAVE, and
NeXT/Sun).

NOTE: Automatically created during Factory devel project migration by admin.

This package is based on the package 'libmusicbrainz' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.

MusicBrainz is the second generation incarnation of the CD Index. This
server is designed to enable audio CD, MP3 and Vorbis players to
download metadata about the music they are playing.

Ekiga (formely known as GnomeMeeting) is an open source VoIP and video
conferencing application for GNOME. Ekiga uses both the H.323 and SIP
protocols. It supports many audio and video codecs, and is
interoperable with other SIP compliant software and also with Microsoft
NetMeeting.

Telnet is an old protocol for logging into remote systems. It is
rarely used, since the transfer is not encrypted (ssh is mostly used
these days). The telnet client is often used for debugging other
network services. The command

telnet localhost 25

connects to the local smtp server, for example.

Controls and monitors the status of an APC UPS under Linux. Allows your
computer or server to run for a specified length of time on UPS power
then executes a controlled shutdown in the case of an extended power
failure. Find APC on the Internet at http://www.apc.com/.

APC also made their PowerChute plus available for download at
http://www.apc.com/tools/download/.

AutoTrace is a program for converting bitmaps to vector graphics. The
aim of the AutoTrace project is the development of a freely-available
application similar to CorelTrace or Adobe Streamline. In some aspects,
it is already better. Originally created as a plug-in for the GIMP,
AutoTrace is now a stand-alone program and can be compiled on any UNIX
platform using GCC.

babl is a dynamic, any to any, pixel format translation library.

It allows converting between different methods of storing pixels known
as pixel formats that have with different bitdepths and other data
representations, color models and component permutations.

A vocabulary to formulate new pixel formats from existing primitives is
provided as well as the framework to add new color models and data
types.
