-At some point, this thing used libdb, now it does not, no configure check for it, not included either, but our LDFLAGS inject it as dependency anyway because AS_NEEDED is disabled too. fix that.

- -devel package must require libstdc++-devel and openssl-devel - use -fvisibility-inlines-hidden - exclude static libraries but only those for which a shared library is available. - build with -DOPENSSL_LOAD_CONF so it uses the system 's openssl configuration and load hardware specific engines automagically.

Fix build with gcc 4.7 - MOSTLY - There is a linking issue, as libpam seems not to be referenced whenever neaded, resulting in the failure... as this is not gcc 4.7 related, I skip it for now... somebody with good understanding of this build system should be able to fix it easily.
