Update to 3.12.7

Can you add Tumbleweed as a build target?
Ok, done. I enabled Tumbleweed for Python 3.7 and newer. (I got an obscure error for opt-python36 and didn't felt like wanting to dig into this.)
But please note that the packages in this project are not intended to be production quality. Just have a look at the RPMLINT output and the tons of errors I boldly ignore there. These packages are meant to provide a test environment. But I do not recommend to use any of them in production.
