Portable Real-Time Audio Library
PortAudio is a portable audio I/O library designed for cross-platform
support of audio. It uses a callback mechanism to request audio
processing. Audio can be generated in various formats, including 32 bit
floating point, and will be converted to the native format internally.

- run spec_cleaner - use full URL in Source tag - add missing provides/obsoletes from previous rename - use date in version number: makes more sense and otherwise the obsoletes of the package rename would not work - patch __DATE__ and __TIME__ references to help build-compare (forwarded request 112172 from RedDwarf)
