Generic Graphics Library
GEGL provides infrastructure to do demand based cached non destructive
image editing on larger than RAM buffers. Through babl it provides
support for a wide range of color models and pixel storage formats for
input and output.

Fix build of gegl on Factory - Solution is only semy correct. Correct would be to require graphviz-devel and fixup graphviz-devel to Require all it's subpackages. (forwarded request 69707 from dimstar)
