A much faster locate(1)
plocate is a locate based on posting lists, completely replacing mlocate
with a much faster (and smaller) index. It is suitable as a default locate
on your system.

plocate is vastly superior (speed and database size) to mlocate while still being compatible. Mlocate is not developed since years, most major distributions switched to plocate a long time ago. The idea is to replace mlocate eventually. So this SR is to add plocate to Leap 15.6, with the intention to remove mlocate afterwards, some day. Submitting against openSUSE:Leap:15.6, as openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP6 is not possible due to conflicts with mlocate. So this is Leap-only.
