Sorry. What makes you think that? What is not being built? What is not working?
If it did, it would be 3.27.6.
Tumbleweed uses 3.27.9.
The package should also build under Leap. It does. And I don't see any errors in the log. That's the main reason why I maintain it.
PS: Unfortunately I have to decline. But if you can explain the error to me plausibly, you are welcome to open the request again.

Why it would be 3.27.6?
It declares dependency on 3.21, and fails the build when not met.
