Thank you for the fix, but that doesn't look correct. It should be the same as mailman. On Leap 15.5 it should build with python 3.11. Please use the same as python-mailman3.

It should be kept in sync also with the mailman version login (line 50 in https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:languages:python:mailman/python-mailman/python-mailman.spec?expand=1). Thank you for the fix!
