Please, convert to using %pyproject_wheel/%pyproject_install macros.

It should be kept in sync also with the mailman version login (line 50 in https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:languages:python:mailman/python-mailman/python-mailman.spec?expand=1). Thank you for the fix!
