- i think the Obsoletes with bottles >= 2020 was better than >= %{version}-%{release}

Provides without version would satisfy every versioned requires
- did the versioning scheme change?
normally I would expect something like
Provides: bottles = %{version}-%{release}
Obsoletes: bottles <= %{version}-%{release}
yes, the version did change, already a bit ago. they went from a year version to this now. so when I provide the old name, do I only need to provide the last version of the older name? on top of that, with Obsoletes, I only obsoleted the older version scheme, but there are some versions I provided with the newer scheme but older name.
