sass has problems with the newest bootstrap.css file as it always
expects numbers but doesn't always get numbers
Some background information: We are using this in openQA.
We know that rubygem-sass is deprecated, and we want to switch to a different implementation at some point, but we ran into this sporadic error when upgrading bootstrap.css and needed a quick fix, as downgrading bootstrap is also not a feasible option.
